Yes. AVA Coffee protects your information on the Website and maintains a high-level security mechanism (SSL protocol) that operates all through the ordering process, from the login stage and all the way to the credit card information stage.

The clearing system is also managed under a strict standard called PCI DSS Step 1, which means that we do not save your information and cannot use it once the ordering process on the Website is completed.

Yes. When you create an account, we ask for your information – name, address etc. – so we can send you your order, and so you can track your purchase history, save products as favorites and more. It is highly recommended that you subscribe to our newsletter so we can send you special offers, and information and tips about the world of coffee. 

There are two options to choose from when you place your order. The first is by courier, who will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivering your order. The other is to pick up the order at no additional charge. All you have to do is pick it up from our factory store on 34 Hakitor in Haifa (at Hotzot Hamifratz, with plenty of parking near Yohananof).  

You may return a product as long as the product is delivered to our factory store (at 34 Hakitor Street in Haifa, 2624774) within 14 days (not business days) of its delivery, along with confirmation of payment attached to the package, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsibility for returning the product, including the shipping fees. We will deduct a cancellation fee (5% of the transaction or NIS 100, whichever is lower) from the refund amount, which will be credited to the payment method used to make the order. 

No problem, just press “forgot my password” – which appears when entering the information for logging in – and we will send you a temporary password to the email you used to register.

If you don’t want to buy anything, you don’t have to open an account. However, creating an account allows the Website to identify you and enables a faster ordering process, as well as keeping your favorite products on a special list. Additionally, if you mark V on the newsletter option, we may also periodically send you tips and information about the world of coffee. 

Don’t worry, you will receive a text message (SMS) from the shipping company to schedule the time of delivery, which will be sent to you within three business days.
